Site, environmental, and security review come first.
Every site stays a candidate until seismic, environmental, and security review is complete. We support site readiness by compiling the work regulatory review typically calls for.
- Screening
Seismic, hydrology, water and cooling, land use, and surrounding population are screened at first pass.
- Environmental
Environmental review and impact analysis are scoped to be led by qualified consultants and the agencies with jurisdiction.
- Security
Physical security, cyber, and access-control requirements are fixed as site-layout constraints, with detailed design left to the applicant.
The operating phase carries the longest obligation.
Long-term safety is an operating discipline. We seek to align each project with licensed operators and maintenance partners for the full operating life.

Planning zones, drills, and responder coordination are led by the licensed operator with local and state authorities.
- O&M
Operations, maintenance, staffing, and training structures are defined by the operating partner before a project is financeable.
- Accountability
Safety accountability sits with the licensed operator under continuing regulatory oversight.
